5.STITCHING:
The most modern stitching machinery used in manufacturing plants. - a mix of Single stitch, Double stitch, 4-thread over lock, Flat locks, Buttons hole machine , Collar attaching machine , Automatic Placket setting machine and computer programmable label stitching machine etc to perform stitching process efficiently.
6. GARMENT WASHING:
Modern Washing units are equipped with Heavy duty washing plant, Hydro extractor, Stain removing machines to ensure quality
7. IRONING & FINISHING:
Factories have modern finishing unit, Vacuum and Steam pressing station, Thread sucking machines, to get the desired feel and finish of the product
8. PACKING:
Our staff will ensure the labeling, packing and cartoon marking is carried out according to the buyers instructions and garments are passed through tight scrutiny by highly skilled packers.
